EnviroView Window Contest

One Grand Prize winner's name will be drawn on or before 1/31/09. Grand prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or registered mail on or before 2/15/09. The winner may not transfer the prize to any other person. Windows must be installed at address on the entry form. A maximum retail value of $10,000.00 for windows will be awarded as the grand prize. If Grand Prize winner purchases windows from Total Exteriors after the date on the front of this form and prior to 12/31/08, and wins this contest, winner will receive a refund for the cost of their windows up to $10,000.00. There is no cash value for Grand Prize.

No purchase is necessary to enter contest. Winner need not be present to win. Only one entry allowed per household. Winner must be a resident on NJ, MD, or NY (Rockland and Westchester counties only). Any and all taxes due will be responsibility of the winner. Contest is not open to Total Exteriors employees or their families. Incomplete entry forms will result in disqualification of contestants. Illegible writing may also be grounds for disqualification. Multiple entries will be thrown away. Entry form is void without customer signature.

Winners hereby agree to the use of their name(s), photos of their home and personal photos for promotional purposes. Odds are based on the number of qualified entrees received. There is no obligation to purchase anything whatsoever.

By completing the entry form and placing it in the entry box or handing it to demonstrator, entrant(s) hereby grants Total Exteriors permission to contact them by telephone for the purpose of offering a free energy and safety inspection and estimate. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
