2005 Chrysalis Award

April 2005-Best Project: Exterior Facelift is TOTAL Remodeling’s 5th National Award from Chrysalis. Previous Awards include NJ Remodeler of the year in 2000 and 2002, Northeast U.S. Remodeler of the year and best Historic Restoration. Total is scheduled to accept this year’s award at the National Southern Builder’s conference in Atlanta, GA in June.

The owners of this particular house realized that they needed to do something with the exterior of their 150 year old home. The paint was peeling and much of the wood trim was rotted. They wanted the home to look “no different” from the street, but wanted the close up to look as it did originally. It was a tall task but TOTAL was up to the challenge. The columns, trim and details were replicated with all low-maintenance materials. The finished product was. …Award Winning!

The home owners also purchased a magnificent conservatory installed by Classic Conservatories and a room addition by TOTAL Renovations, both sister companies of TOTAL Remodeling.
