Exterior Remodeling

Homes by the water at the New Jersey shore have three things in common.
First is a terrific location for fun and leisure. The second is extremely high.
real estate values. The third is rather harsh weather at times.

The Neuman residence at Monmouth Beach is no exception to these items. Their older home had greatly appreciated in value, but was in immediate need of exterior enhancement. As the before pictures clearly portray, the
priorities consisted of roofing, windows, and siding. The wish list also included a “mud room” foyer for the back entrance.

While quality and product longevity were paramount, the aesthetics and “curb appeal” were equally important to the Neumans. The new roof system features a 50-year laminated fiberglass shingle. The replacement windows have a wood interior and vinyl cladding exterior as well as being double glazed with low – e glass filled with argon gas.
The three different siding materials – cement fiber board, factory painted cedar, and natural western red cedar – cedar combine to display the well coordinated look of clap board, traditional shakes, scallop and diamond shapes all on one home.

The conclusion: a beautifully detailed home that will maintain its value and integrity for many years to come. The Neumans can now enjoy their revitalized home with peace of mind and passersby can appreciate the elegance and craftsmanship provided by
